Only Representative
Manufacturers of substances, preparations or articles established outside the EU cannot (pre-)register those substances themselves. However, they can appoint an Only Representative: The Only Representative (established within the EU) is the legal representative under the terms of REACH during export business into the EU market. He will be responsible for the risk communication in the supply chain and is entitled to represent the manufacturer during (pre-)registration.Consequently, REACH Advice supplies the European importers and their suppliers with OR services.
Today, REACH Advice serves international trading companies and their suppliers.
